Classes are taught as a series, beginning on March 4, 2025 and continuing on March 11 and March 18 from 6-8pm. The classes cost $30. If interested, find flyers at McLaren Thumb Region to complete a registration form and make the $30 deposit.

Classes are held at McLaren Thumb Region in the Distance Learning Center. Topics will include nutrition and healthy lifestyle, labor and delivery process, warning signs in pregnancy, and much more.
