Early intervention services for children birth to five years of age, with developmental delays and/or disabilities, and their families. Call for a free developmental assessment. Services help parents and their children get additional support as they continue to grow and learn.

Early Head Start

A program for pregnant women, infants, and toddlers and their families that provides services, resources, and opportunities for success in the home and in the community including:

  • Weekly home visits

  • Individualized monthly lesson plans, goal setting, and parenting education

  • Transportation to health appointments.

Maternal Infant Health Program

A home visiting program for expecting women and infants with Medicaid insurance. The home visitor will provide information and resources on:

  • Prenatal care, pregnancy, and labor and delivery

  • Caring for your baby

  • Understanding health problems that could affect your pregnancy like diabetes, asthma, high blood pressure, depression, or anxiety lifestyle changes to be healthier, such as quitting smoking or cutting down on smoking, alcohol, or drugs

  • Concerns about abuse or violence in your life

  • Family planning (birth control)

  • Community services, like child-birth education classes, baby pantries that give out baby items for free, or the WIC program
